Applied AI Engineer in Waterloo, ON. I've shipped client sites that are live right now, a voice agent that answers real phone calls, and automation that's working while you read this page.

Replaced a $2,000/month subscription with a one-time build
He was paying $2,000 a month for a tool that watched social platforms for buying signals. The bill never ended and his data lived on someone else's server.
outx, a monitor that runs on his own machine. It watches LinkedIn and Reddit through his own logged-in browser, scores every post with an LLM, and pings his WhatsApp when someone's actually ready to buy. No third-party server, no scraping middleman, no account risk.
One payment and he owns it outright. At the old price, that's $24,000 a year that stays in his pocket.
A live site for a working barbershop
Kaje runs a working barbershop, and every site change was going to mean paying a developer again, every time.
A site for the shop plus an admin portal he owns. He changes services, prices, and photos himself. No developer, no per-change invoices.
The site's live and he's run it himself since launch.
A realtor site with direct lead capture
A realtor and TV host with 30+ years across the Greater Toronto Area, and no site that showed it.
A real estate site with listing search and filters by type and price, her media work, and a direct way for buyers and sellers to book a consultation.
Live and working.
Nobody asked for these. I built them because I use them.
LeadHawk
Running right nowMy own lead-gen daemon. It watches Reddit and other platforms for people asking for the kind of work I do, scores each post with an LLM, and drafts a public reply and a DM in my voice. Both land on a dashboard I check from my phone. I approve, it sends from my real accounts, and it tracks who replies.
ManusTalk
LiveAn AI receptionist that answers the phone in English and Hindi. It takes the call, answers questions, and hands off when it should.
Visit live site ApplyHawk
136 tests passingA job-application assistant. It reads a resume, scores real postings against it, drafts the application, and queues everything for review. You approve, it submits through your own logged-in Chrome. Nothing sends without a click.
Demo Factory
A pipeline that generates a personalized demo website for a local business and deploys it. I've used it to pitch barbershops, bakeries, and restaurants. One batch put 16 barbershop demos live within minutes of each other. The pitch isn't a deck, it's their own site already built.
Reel Pipeline
A video pipeline built on Remotion. A raw screen recording goes in and a finished reel comes out, cuts, captions, avatar, and thumbnails included. There's no editor in the loop and no prompt to write. It runs as a skill with one command.
It does thumbnails too
For one reel alone, the pipeline generated nine thumbnail variants to pick from. Options, not a single take.
AI Resume Matcher
Scores a resume against a job description. On Hugging Face, may take a minute to wake.
Outreach Engine
Python engine that finds prospects and personalizes LinkedIn outreach.
IG Script Generator
Turns a topic into a ready-to-shoot Instagram script.
Gmail + LinkedIn toolkits
Node clients I use for real email and posting automation.
LinkedIn Automation Guide
The written walkthrough of the posting automation I run, scheduler to approval loop.

Automation + infra
“Manas built our site and got it live fast. I told him what the shop needed, he handled the rest, and customers actually find us online now.”
“Manas built my real estate site and the lead capture behind it. Quick, easy to work with, and he explains things without the jargon.”
“Strong technical expertise, professionalism, and a consistent commitment to advancing our AI initiatives.”
Letter of recommendation, Venuiti Healthcare
Signed by the Sr. Manager of Operations in March 2026, on company letterhead. It covers what I actually did there: 100% on AI projects, scalable applications across Java, .NET, Python, and React, and integrating AI frameworks into existing systems. My departure was organizational restructuring, and she put that in writing too.
Her direct email is blacked out. Available on request.
